"The esthetics of the hotel are fine, the room looked clean, it didn't smell to clean however it looks fine. The heating was not working, the bathroom is not practical as is open and you have to clean it after having a shower as it gets everything wet, they even put the tools to do it, so they are very aware of the issue. The hot water was intermittent so I didn't enjoyed the shower at all. Breakfast has variety, however low quality, microwaved eggs, and other things that taste like plastic. On the website the breakfast was announced for like €34, on the desk they asked me for €21, too expensive for what they offer. Not really my cup of tea. Happy to share pictures but I don't see the option to add them."

"Hotel room is terrible, it’s old, smelly, stay elsewhere. Breakfast is also not great, one big dish of scrambled eggs and that’s it from hot food. WiFi does not work, tried to work on laptop and without success. Staff is nice and helpful. The price is ridiculous for place like this!"

The hotel itself has such a cozy and welcoming vibe — you can feel it’s a former farmhouse with a lot of charm. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a highlight — fresh, local, and with plenty of choice to start the day right. It was the perfect base for exploring Texel and also for just unwinding together after a fun day out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and relaxing stay on Texel. Would definitely come back! 🌸✨ "
