「Feel safe」

「It was Amazing!!!will come back again. Thanks」

「Close to Banner Hospital where my wife had surgery」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「I enjoyed the property every one is very welcoming. I felt safe. I enjoyed the pool.the food was affordable and very flavorful. I would love for the buffet to be open during the week. But having more than one option is great and staying open until one is also amazing.」

「Value too much 」

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「下次去鳳凰城，一定也要住宿這家飯店，各方面都太棒了，物超所值。」

「Like the big space room」

「Super nice and clean very close to the airport」
