"My preferred hotel to stay in when in Alice for business. Clean with comfortable bed, quiet and spacious room. Always been able to get a park behind the secure gates (at other hotels I’ve not been able to park onsite as car park full). I’ve encountered mould issues at several other hotels so relieve not have had issue here. You get your steps up with the room located a distance from reception and the car park, for me that’s a positive to get more exercise Only negative - This stay the mini bar froze the food I placed in it and the dial was broken so couldn’t fix. Oh and bonus to find a peacock roosting as I exited early one morning!"

"The Mercure gives you the impression that it was once a motel that was revamped. It is not the most accessible property however it does have a swimming pool, a decent restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and a nice dinner menu. It’s well located in a short walking distance from town."

"The location was fine, nice and quiet, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, but was totally in need of refurbishment. The shower dripped constantly."

"I could not recommend this resort enough. Staff were super accommodating and attentive to all needs. I was overly impressed by this resort and all activities and tours booked throughout. You really get your moneys worth and this is an experience everyone should get to do! Also the fine dining had one of the best affogatos I’ve ever had!"

"We had a comfortable stay - the room was clean and spacious for 3 of us. The aircon worked, but the vents didn’t open so it took a while. It’s in a beautiful setting with a great view from the bar at sunset, and very close to the Canyon walks which were the highlight of our stay. Only downside was the lunch and dinner meals which were disappointing. Breakfast buffet had a good range."
