At about 3450 meters above sea level, in the northwest from Jujuy you will find the second biggest salt flats of the world, Salinas Grandes. They cover about 212 square kilometers and are exploited for lithium, potassium and sodium. Some native people also exploit it manually for salt and you can visit the salt baths and buy salt. The road to get there starts in the province of Jujuy and is rather windy. It is however asphalted and if you continue in it, you will arrive in Chile, in the Atacama dessert.

No esperaba tener una experiencia poco satisfactoria en el hotel. No estuve mucho tiempo en el hotel. Estacionamiento y acceso bastante bién.
