Hotel location on expedia did not exist. I arrived at the location at 3:30AM to find out it was not there. I tried calling the number and nobody answered. To this date I do not know if this place exists or not. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

O quarto que me foi destinado ficava muito próximo à escada, o que tornou a estadia menos confortável do que eu esperava. Houve barulho constante durante todo o dia passos, conversas e movimentação. O que dificultou bastante o descanso.

Atendimento da recepção bom! Café da manhã bem básico. Gostaria de informar que o quarto parecia ter algum tipo de produto químico/veneno, pois sou alérgica e tive uma noite muito difícil. Precisei tomar antialérgico várias vezes e não consegui descansar. Peço, por favor, que verifiquem esse ponto para evitar que aconteça novamente.

Entrada da pousada já se sente cheiro de mofo, check-in muito tarde, corredor barulhento, privacidade zero, você escuta tudo do quarto ao lado, até a pessoa roncando, paredes do quarto com marcas de sangue de pernilongos mortos. Banheiro com tampa de vaso de plástico toda tricada, sem locais adequados para colocar os pertences, higienização bem ruim.

Não recomendo!deixou a desejar desde ó chekin, a recepcionista não informou que teria que ligar um interruptor atrás da porta para poder ter energia, quarto pequeno e ainda com uma cama de solteiro que dificultou se locomover,não tem uma cadeira nem mesa de apoio, não tem onde guardar as roupas, funcionários da cozinha despreparados, café da manhã básico dos básicos, além de poucas opções deixam acabar e os hospedes tem que aguardar a reposição,só o recepcionista do turno tarde/noite muito educado.

Atendimento terrível e sem isolamento acústicos

Tivemos um atendimento horrível pelo atendente Jeferson, ele mandava as colegas de trabalho calar a boca na nossa frente, botou outras pessoas no nosso quarto, chegamos no quarto tinha outras pessoas, as parede não tem isolamento acústico, não conseguimos dormir nada a noite toda terrível

Não recomendo de nenhuma forma, a Internet não pega direito, o que fez eu gastar mais colocando créditos para trabalhar, não teve limpeza no meu quarto, o check-in é de 15 horas, e o check-out de 11 horas, ou seja, 4 horas para arrumar um quarto? Café da manhã é ok, esperava mais pelos comentários. Atendimento, achei que faltou serem solícitos, não tinha nada do que eu pedia e ainda me ignorava. Além de não mostrar o quarto,como se é feito normalmente. O quarto é ok, mas todos escutam tudo e você escuta todos. Nem a TV tem internet

No geral o hotel é bom. Gostamos do atendimento que nos foi dado pelos funcionários. A localização é excelente. Pertinho da praia, bares e outros serviços. As redondezas são super movimentadas, e relativamente, seguras. O quarto é bem amplo e a cama é super confortável. Recomendo que levem travesseiros pois o de lá são fininhos. O café da manhã é bem variado porém a temperatura de diversos alimentos deixou a desejar. Várias comidas estavam geladas quando deveriam estar quentes. Fomos surpreendidos pela mudança do horário do check in e checkout. Isso só foi avisado quando chegamos ao hotel mas poderia ter sido avisado por e-mail, por exemplo. Por conta disso tivemos que reprogramar nossa viagem. A tarde a piscina fica inteiramente na sombra.

Custo benefício bem equilibrado

A boa localização é o forte dessa pousada, embora os demais serviços também são bons, tipo a recepção foi atenciosa e deu as informações de forma direta e clara, café da manhã na média do padrão da região nordeste (melhor que o sul), limpeza boa e disponibiliza material de higiene pessoal, concerteza voltaria numa outra oportunidade.

Café da manhã excelente! Tudo muito fresquinho e com bastante variedades. Devido obras recente o hotel precisa de uma limpeza para tirar machas de tintas e sujeiras. As camas eram boas porém os travesseiros eram horríveis! Um pouco negativo e a informação do estacionamento. Na página hoteis.com é informado que tem ( estacionamento grátis, estacionamento grátis público e estacionamento privado ao lado do hotel) entretanto todavia o estacionamento do hotel não estava disponível pois estava em obras ainda.
