The hotel changes the bath towels every two days and the bed sheets every two days, which is absurd for a hot beach town. And the breakfast is terrible.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento na recepção (claro que não são todos), questão de toalhas e lençóis que não ficam disponíveis no quarto e é uma batalha pra chegar quando solicitado. No banho, a água fica sem descer no ralo deixando a área inundada por um bom tempo. Poderiam tbm oferecer 1 chave do quarto a mais, independente de quantas pessoas estejam no quarto.

A localização do hotel é maravilhoso, porém me decepcionei na chegada com duas moças que estavam na recepção, nem deram atenção e mal responderam meu boa noite, precisam passar por um sério treinamento ou reciclagem se já tiveram, pois não parece. A roupa de cama tive que ir buscar na recepção. No quarto, encontrei pertence provavelmente de outros hospedes, acho que não inspecionam direito. No Café da manhã tinha um funcionário bem atencioso e comunicativo e sobre alimentação, achei boa.
