Friendly staff. We always still there when we go to Brazil. Easy access to the beach. Hotel has great buffet breakfast and the pool area is pretty cool.

The hotel was fine, staff was efficient and pleasant, very helpful. Sadly the area is like everywhere in cities in Brasil, you cannot walk safely at night, but considering the challenges of the country our stay was positive!!! 5 stars to the staff !!!!

Good breakfast but not much more

The breakfast was diverse and good. The only issue is that the room itself is in need of a renovation. There was mold in the shower stall. The exhaust fan was so noisy when in the bathroom. The room itself was old.... It's more of a 3 star hotel...

The staff is friendly and ready to help. Bathroom floors and accommodation floor were disgusting. All black between the ceramics. On my last 2 nights I slept on the floor, I thought I hurt my back swimming but only realised it was the bed that was horrible when I needed help to get up on the checkout time.

Must be one of the worst hotels around.

The beds felt cheap and uncomfortable. The minibar fridge was noisy and difficult to disconnect. We had a drop from the roof over one bed. The building floors is uneven and the luggage wheels make a hammering noise on corridors and rooms. No hot water at night. Near the hotel was a construction site way to noisy which didn't let us sleep comfortable. We asked for a refund for the second night we got left and got a courtesy dinner at hotel's restaurant. The meals were just awful. Uneatable. On top of our bad experience some people of the staff had bad attitude and the hotel is NOT in font of the beach. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK. Just run away from this one.

O saguão é muito bonito parece uma galeria de arte, com quadros, esculturas e cerâmicas expostos, o café é ótimo, só não avaliei como excelente porque as instalações deixam a desejar, a janela estava emperrada, a descarga começou a vazar e a torneira do chuveiro caia, entretanto ao solicitar o conserto fomos prontamente atendidos. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Mein Aufenthalt war aus-gezeichnet! Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfs-bereit, und das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und vielseitig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bequem - ideal zum Entspannen. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und das Hotel weiteremp-fehlen!
