Dirty bathroom, broken bed, cockroaches. They also don’t have relaxing chairs on the swimming pool area. I was very disappointed. Yet the beach is very beautiful

Some kitchen staff it was a bit rude, we were waiting around 1:30hs after asked for food in the dinner, it was a nightmare and the restaurant it was empty. I book an luxury apartment but it was dirty walls e some damaged electronics.

Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude Servers by the Restaurant, that Resort its a Trap

O quarto não era igual ao apresentado nas fotos. Não havia dois quartos, mas apenas um com duas camas de casal. Utensílios de cozinha bem velhos. Não havia microondas. Vazamento no banheiro, que deixava todo o piso molhado.

O condomínio em si é maravilhoso, tem recreação o dia todo pras crianças, academia, sala de jogos. A praia é perfeita! O único ponto que deixo avisado é que não há nenhuma panela no flat, nem pra esquentar uma água 😬 tivemos que comprar. Fora isso, tudo ótimo!

O condomínio é muito bom para crianças, mas a acomodação deixou muito a desejar. Fui com duas crianças e a televisão sequer funcionou. Não pegava nenhum canal e muitos menos conectava a internet. Telefone sem funcionar e sem contato com recepção. Toalhas de banho muito finas, vaso sanitário bem feio e desgastado, e só disponibilizaram um pano de chão. O apartamento é amplo, mas carente de utensílios melhores de cozinha e de material de cama, mesa e banho. Terminou sendo bom por causa do condomínio em si.

Beach class, não é pousada/hotel, é um condomínio. É muito bonito, confortável e dá para aproveitar bastante as áreas externas. A opção pé na areia, é a cereja do bolo. Mas precisa ficar de olho na maré para ser vantajoso. Viajei com reserva confirmada pelo hotels.com, e pelo whtsapp da proprietária. Porém a proprietária só liberou nossa entrada na hora em que chegamos frente ao beach class. O rapaz da portaria chegou a dizer que nem tinha reserva, ficamos constrangidos! Mas minutos depois, fomos liberados. A localização é boa, uber, transfer, ifood, vans de passeios chegam direitinho. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Checkin é as 14h, mas na recepção tem opção de guardar as malas, e tem banheiro para usar também.

Estadia ótima, porém com algumas questões!

Alugamos um apartamento denominado “luxo” por um valor considerável e nos alocaram inicialmente no 3201, quando chegamos confesso que foi bem decepcionante, o apartamento muito diferente das fotos, banheiro com mofo no teto, portas emperradas, tv torta na parede, enfim, chamei a administradora do apartamento e prontamente nos mudaram para o 6201, e foi uma experiência muito melhor, apartamento mais novo, mais limpo e com decoração e móveis muito melhores, vale lembrar que cada apto é de pessoa física, então a qualidade vai variar! Fica a orientação pra quem nunca foi, peçam para ver o apartamento antes para não ter a surpresa que tivemos! Por fim, ressalto que a administração entendeu nossa situação e se prontificou em nos colocar em um apartamento melhor, oferecendo até o bangalô, quanto a isso, estão de parabéns!

Apartamento espaçoso mas somente um banheiro para 5 pessoas, limpeza razoável todos os dias e fizemos meia pensão e valeu a pena. A comida é melhor quando é a La Carte do que quando é Buffet na janta. Lugar lindo e aconchegante.
