So when I finally found the place I there was nobody at reception. After calling the number I was given info about my room and number and wifi code. Oh also I was asked to leave 40 euros for the room on my night table. As I had fully paid for the room via Expedia I explained this and was thankfully not made to pay 2 times for same room. The room was clean and nice. But there is no wifi reception. This I explained to the Hotel via Whatsapp. During the night there was noise from installations/neighbours? Also freezer in the room was too noisy during night. As this was only one night it was not a problem but, never again will I stay here.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema per recuperare il numero di cellulare per effettuare il check in. La colazione è stata scadente, alle 9.30 non c’erano più cornetti e nient’altro. Poteva andare meglio. Per il resto tutto ok.

Nonostante la prenotazione online e l'aver contattato telefonicamente al numero indicato, arrivati in struttura, nessuno non ci aspettava. Non erano a conoscenza della prenotazione. Per fortuna avevano ancora una camera disponibile. Camera non pulitissima, senza aria condizionata, non ci hanno fornito asciugamani e i teli da bagno e nemmeno la carta igienica di ricambio. La struttura non è male, a 10 minuti dalla Scala dei turchi e 20 minuti da Agrigento, ma è gestita molto male. Colazione inclusa davvero minima, appena accettabile. Esperienza da dimenticare
