Две ночи

Территория отеля достаточно хорошая, много зелени. Но: территория плохо убирается, номера не убираются (жили две ночи, ни разу не было уборки, полотенца не меняли), санузел в ужасном состоянии: грязно, унитаз грязный, раковина грязная - противно прикасаться, зеркало над раковиной все заляпано, как будто его вообще ни разу не мыли, стены в душевом уголке грязные все в разводах и потеках. В-общем, за такую цену сервис мог бы быть и лучше.

The rooms are in a very nice quiet location with a very pretty garden that is nice to sit and relax in, would say this is the best bit of the hotel. Real problem was tha the shower would barely give any hot water and the water pressure was very low.

Posizionato al centro tra il porto e la principale spiaggia, raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. Bungalow intorno ad un giardino molto curato con un'ottima atmosfera. Molto tranquillo. Le camere sono pulite manca soltanto qualche ripiano in più dove poter riporre i vestiti. Al contrario di altre recensioni ho trovato il wi-fi ottimo. Salvo che non si è preventivato un budget per i costosissimi bungalow sulla spiaggia, credo che questa considerato il prezzo sia la migliore soluzione a Samet.

Not good for the price

They took so long too find my reservation (bad organizated) and property overbooked the room so we ended up in something different to what we reserved in first place, they did not have shampoo just soap, even other much cheaper places had it so we were surprised. Location was average. Wifi weak.

There are better places nearby

The bathroom hygiene is poor, the shower pressure to low, and the resort is noisy. The staff is rude, we didn't feel welcome. Our room did not get cleaned 3 days.

I will never stay there again

We didn’t stay at Barbados. They toke advantage as we don’t know the area very well and they give us a room outside the hotel which you can rent for 400 to 500 bate. We paid for triple room and we received double room. I slept on the floor. I have attached a photos of Barbados hotel and photos of where we have stayed, so we can see the difference.

Trotz Zusage haben wir keinen Bungalow erhalten.

Große Verständigungsprobleme, Zusagen wurden ignoriert, das erhaltene Zimmer war direkt an der Straße und sehr laut.
