Ideal beach getaway

Great hotel close to the beach. Ideal location not far from the pier and main areas. Location of restaurant and cafe on the beach is great. Friendly staff and service would def book again. Only negative to say would be the room and pillows smell a bit musty but generally was clean and comfortable.

The walk to the room is up hill and has many stairs after that. Not a pleasurable walk. Buffet was lovely, as was the beach. But the hike to your room will keep me away next time.

The water pressure on the top floor was terrible. The rooms are up a hill and not a fun walk to get there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the buffet was very good!

Rooms are a bit back of the property, the room we had was very nice. Very clean. The reception is about a 20meter walk to the beach. The beach is amazing. There are a few bars close and places to eat. You can go a bit further and find a lot more as well. Water is so clear and was so nice to swim and look at the surroundings. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel to koh samet

The staff at the hotel were excellent; however, there were a few downsides. Despite its proximity to the beach, the hotel did not provide enough towels, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Considering it as a vacation spot, I found the environment less relaxing than expected.

This is not a Resort, why call this place a resort when it’s more like a hotel/backpackers place. I can say one thing positive, the room it self was delicate but from there to the rest it was low class. I had booked 2 nights but left after one night.

Aside from the 200 meter climb to rooms? Why not buy a used golf cart? Hello?? Im used to slow service @ bar /restaurant but you cant have 2 waiters sleeping and 3 others on phone without checking on your customers ..and keeping beer in same fridge with food keeps beer @ a tepid temperature ( yuk)..koh samet is not the land of smiles..more the frown on face because you ask for ice because beer is warm..get a clue avatara..my 1st and last stay there

Steep climb no elevator nor courtesy transport. It was very difficult for one slightly handicapped person in our group. Restaurant service was horrible. Had to call staff the clear table each time. One breakfast staff server asked "if handicapped, why even come here?". Unbelievably rude when asking if we could use his breakfast coupon to take some bread to his room for him. We will stick with Paradee Resort from now on.

Wir hatten RATTEN im Zimmer!!!Die laufen in den Zwischenwänden, da es überall löcher in den Wänden gibt, kriechen die überall rein. Bitte bucht euch ein anderes Hotel!!!
Direckt hinterm Kühlschrank war eine große öffnung, wo die Ratten durchkamen. Mussten das mit unseren Klamotten abdichten, haben unsere Sachen am Ende auch dort gelassen und nicht mitgenommen.

Das Zimmer sowie Badezimmer sindTop und wirkten frisch renoviert/errichtet. Alle Geräte waren neu und der Strand mit Restaurant sind der Knaller. Frühstück ist auch sehr empfehlenswert am Strand. Ich bin rund um zufrieden.

Hotel mit nachhol Bedarf

Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Strand. Es ist nicht weit. zu dem Strand mit diversen Unterhaltungs Möglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr stylisch. Leider sind die Ablage Flächen, nur spärlich vorhanden. Jetzt zum grossen Manko dieses Hotel's. Es hat keinen, überdeckten Speisesaal. Bei Regen ist das en echtes Problem. Die Stühle und Tische stehen im Sand. Man ist sprichwörtlich in der Natur. Auch der Weg zu den Zimmern ist lang und steil. Die Reinigung der Zimmer, ist durch das vorhandene Personal, sehr schwierig. Eine tägliche Reinigung, war leider nicht immer möglich. Fazit. Als schön Wetter Hotel okay. Sonst wirds schwierig. .

Rummet var bra storlek, bra sängar inte så hårda, bra dusch och toalett, bra frukost på stranden. Det dåliga är att man har ingen ute plats. Mellan husen är det fint iordning gjort med en dam med fiskar och vattenspel, men ingenstans att sitta. Mycket med trappor.
