The beach location is lovely and the staff very accommodating. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. It is nice middle of the road resort. I probably would stay again.

The location was great. Excellent beach area. Food decent, staff very helpful. Fun evening music and a couple shows. The room/cabana was quite average and dated so consider that when booking here.

Very nice property on a quiet beach near midway point of island. Easy walk to Wong Diuan beach for other dining options. Other than a minor glitch in restaurant service the first night staff was outstanding.

The proprty is somewhat isolated so be aware you will needs a taxi if you want to shopping or dining outside the property. The beach is noice and the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms although dated were clean and comfortable. This would be a good place for couples or families.

Ao Cho grandview sucks!!

All pictures ar lying. Non of th pool big pool is for hotel visitors. Only for the private owners. Really bad location in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants in the surroundings. Worst hotel we visit in Thailand

Tre nätter på Koh Samet

Mysigt lugnt boende nära stranden. Huset vi bodde i var enkelt men rent. Jobbigast var kuddarna som var alldeles för tjocka. Frukosten var tråkig men det fanns några fina restauranger på stranden. Det fanns två rastabarer med.

A GREAT WEEKEND MARRED BY A STUPID CONFRONTATION

I had a fantastic stay at Ao Cho. Everything went really well until check out. This was because they said I had drank 2 bottles of Evian that day and I believed I had only 1. Now we are talking 47 Baht here! However the Resident Manager Chayut Narkprasit, insisted we check and he then produced a full bottle of Evian which I had left in the room, as I believed it wasn't open, and on scrutiny said 'this has been opened'. I was a bit miffed, (not to mention embarrassed as the reception area was quite busy) and stated that if I had used it I am more than willing to pay the 47B! After spending over 9200B for the weekend I was truly appalled at his manner that he insist that I pay 47B for a bottle of water. This was obviously a genuine error on my part and would have taken the water if I knew/remembered I had opened it. It really was an unnecessary confrontation that marred an otherwise fantastic weekend away. However, Mr Narkprasit should know that because of his attitude and, in my opinion, unprofessional manner, when I choose to return to Koh Samet, (which I will often as I now live in Bangkok, he and his resort will not be receiving any other custom from me! There are plenty of amazing resorts on Koh Samet and he should have the understanding that treating paying guests in such a manner is totally unacceptable.

Great View! The balcony is adjacent to the beach. I booked the Honeymoon room and its same with photo on expedia. The breakfadt is soso. What I love most is that I can enjoy the private beach, just enjoy my time there with the lovely cat. When I want some drink I can just walk 20 seconds to the bar and get a drink. I think I will visit it again next year

Das Resort ist toll gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Wenn man Aktion will oder viele Bars dann läuft man ca. 20 min zu den angesagten Stränden.

We stayed in the ocean front suite. Room is very spacious,beautiful view from our balcony. The downside of the resort is rocks on the beach.
