Slavyanska Beseda Hotel
The check in procedure takes more than 40 mins. At the beginning , the front desk said that he cannot find my reservation and ask me wait until he at last find my reservation. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent!

The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Sofia Balkan Palace
Room was amazing, very comfortable and the view was incredible. Only a few minor cons. The laundry service is very expensive, the building is on centralized air and in winter won’t allow you to go below 23*C so the room got quite warm, and the bellhops did not offer any help with the luggage on check ...
