「Breakfast choices were good. No cookies upon arrival. We have stayed at Hamptons several times and cookies and fruit have always been available for guests. The room was clean. Beds were not as comfortable as some we have slept in before. Good location near the airport and not too far from South Portland. 」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」
