The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I had lost my wallet earlier that day and they were able to work with me and were so understanding. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was great the next morning I could swear that maybe one person had ever stayed in my room before me. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Check in was expedient and thorough. The room on the 3rd floor was clean, quiet, and roomy. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The staff were very helpful with directing us to a great place for dinner. The buffet breakfast provided a decent variety of items to eat. The only complaint that I have is, for those who can't drink caffeinated coffee, there wasn't any brewed decaf coffee available at breakfast. The hotel is well-maintained, has a very functional elevator, and the beds are comfortable with a good variety of pillow types. Good value for the price.

Hot tub was out of commission. Was very noisy outside and inside. Staff need to do a better job of taming the noisy guests. I dont mind people enjoying themselves, but once it hits 1030 or 11pm, it should be quiet so that people can get a good nights rest. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. I chose this hotel because it listed a hottub and indoor pool.

Breakfast was bad, rotten bananas, sausage looked awful like it was microwaved it was grey, bacon looked like a big ball of uncooked limp looking mess! Only 2 cold muffins set out, we had to wait because it wasn’t ready to open so we were the first people there. No excuse there would only be 2 muffins. We are platinum members to Marriott and this was the worse breakfast we’ve ever seen.

The staff was very helpful! The room I was in had a flat shower for wheelchair access & the water just poured out everywhere, it’s needs like a rubber stop or something. My curtain was also broken.

Nice place with lovely lobby. The front desk was a little more interested in her chat than handling customer needs. The TV was a fritz, but a different front desk woman fixed it. I repaired the room’s toilet to flush properly. Decent breakfast.

Having the Marriot name associated I expected better. The room was a little dusty in spots. The product for the shower was less then great. The breakfast was late plus not as we expected.
