Room was ok, but a few ants walking the floors. Did not stay for breakfast as last time we stayed here, the staff was very late getting the food out and we had to leave. This property is being renovated, and has a few items left to finish. For the price--it was a good place to stay for the night. Quiet and other amenities close by. Other hotels in the area charging over $100-$140 per night--why? Rawlins is not a going concern. Just a place to stop and rest on a long journey to elsewhere.

I have stayed at this Days Inn before about 2 years ago. The room I stayed in this time (March 1, 2026) appeared to have been recently updated. The room was very clean with all lamps and bathroom fixtures working properly. This is an older property, and I keep my expectations reasonable. Breakfast is “grab and go” and coffee is decent quality. Staff is friendly and professional. This motel gives you good value for the money.

Nice spacious clean room. Good comfortable bed. Shower was a little dirty but not bad. Breakfast was sticky buns and hot water. They used to have a better breakfast but it is not good now. I would still stay here- a good bargain and clean.

I only look for 3 things, kindness of staff, clean room and breakfast. The night person who checked me in was kind. The room was not clean, the hotel smelled awful like cigarettes and pot, and breakfast was closed. They offered cereal with no milk and there was an empty coffee pot. Never again
