性價比超高的酒店
是次入住的酒店房間很寛大，足有140平方米，還有一個廿幾平方大陽台。房間設計簡約舒適而不失品味，內裡設備亦見齊全。酒店餐廳旁邊有游泳池，位置亦坐落海灘旁邊，可以邊看大海邊進餐，很舒適！

私家泳池房 第一晚所給的房間跟官網所指，兩房均為海景房不同，其中一間只是普通沒有景觀的房。經投訴後職員稱只可以在翌日才可換房。是次經驗令本人覺得第一晚房價物非所值，及有不誠實之嫌。

Quiet amd convenient hotel just next to the beach
Spacious, clean and comfortable room are maintained. The service is good and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is well located right next to the pool and beach so you can enjoy both views while dinning. The food provided by the restaurants are exquisite and surprising tasty. It is highly recommended to have a cocktail with the sunset and the cocktail at happy hour is really at good bargain.

值得住的一間Resort
洒店最可惜的是早餐沒有多選擇, 並且我們有兩個Family 參加了洒店Every Friday BBQ 海鮮Buffet, 真是失望, 完全沒有甚麼海鮮, 只有魷魚, 最重要的是我們共六個人, 食完後有兩個肚瀉, 因為那些肉類, 燒得不夠熟, 食就真是不好, 扣晒分, 其它方面算十分Good.

好得沒話說的飯店，每天海景配美食
非常棒的飯店，飯店人員英文很好，態度也極佳，好得沒話說！因為媽媽生日的關係，飯店自動幫我們升級成私人游泳池的大房子，我們全家都很開心，飯店其他設施也非常齊全，早餐還可以一邊游泳一邊吃早餐，一邊配和海，晚餐時間有樂團來唱歌，整個很紓壓！但是飯店晚餐在泰國物價來說有點稍貴，因為東西很少，如果是因為懶得出去的人可以嘗試點一兩盤到房間吃看看，但人很多就吃不太飽！建議到附近小吃店吃。 建議來住的人可以住三天以上，因為有潮汐問題，我們第二天出海搭船到對面的珊瑚島，船直接在飯店門口的私人沙灘前接我們，是飯店配合的傳統長尾船，非常特別的體驗，其他時間可以玩獨木舟和泛舟，以及租借腳踏車到附近購物吃美食，ＳＰＡ可以去外面做飯店所配何的ＳＰＡ有點過貴。 唯一缺點是飯店裡的廚具沒有碗，而且鍋子很舊了，都被刮傷的鍋子。

better not to book standard, at least suite
we had reserved standard room but it's a bit disappointed us as the room is small, no view and a bit dirty on wall. afterwards we paid for upgrading to the suite, the suite was very nice, large and clean. therefore I advised to live here at least in suite. staff are nice and friendly.

位於布吉島南面的一間靠近海邊的酒店
我今次來這間酒店其實都是相信在網上看到他們寫的評價好高，所以一試。 確實真的如他們所說的令我們非常滿意。 我預訂的房間是Suite所以有一個好大的空間，最重要是有一個設備齊全的廚房，因為我是很喜歡玩煮飯仔的人，個大焗爐好正~焗雞一流，老公非常欣賞佢重話下次我們必定會再來這間酒店。 由酒店出門口慢慢行20分鐘有2間大超市及好幾間有品牌的食店，我都是在這超市買食材焗雞的，材料非常新鮮，有好多樣東西都好吸引。

When we check-in ,the receptionist just told us that we can buy the recycling bag(beach use) instead of reminding us the bag is mini bar item and will be charged if we use it.I think she misleaded us in a bid to remind us to use and make more income for the hotel.All items in mini bar was stick with a hotel label but none at the bag.Actually, we didn't mind paying for the bag($590 bht ).Our frustration mainly came from the damn poor attitude of one employee of house-keeping. i) no permission when getting in our room iii)no smile at all iii)poor attitude when answering our questions .We have never met a house keeping looking like that in Thailand. We have never stayed in a hotel have that charging item.We will never stay in here again.

適合度假放鬆的好飯店
飯店服務人員親切並親自帶領至房間，也做了簡單的客房介紹很棒。房間乾淨寬敞，泳池緊鄰沙灘很棒，早餐區酒吧也都在沙灘旁，真的很適合去放鬆度假。

一流的设施和环境
酒店的房间超大，设施很豪华，给我们免费升级了超大套房。海景游泳池不错，适合呆在酒店里不出去。去巴东海滩很不方便，酒店只有下午五点才有免费班车到巴东。我们来回都是打车过去酒店，的士费比较贵。

酒店服務体貼，窩心。環境相當優美，房間對外觀景很好。早餐食物不錯，但選擇較少，對外交通有点不便，但酒店亦提供免費接駁車方便客人，但班次和座位較少，希望能改善。房間最另我們滿意，相當濶大，雙房各有獨立廁所浴室，讓客人有各自私人空間，厅及開放的廚房也相當不錯，如自駕遊客人不防一試。下次會再來。價錢相當合理

偏南方，遠離市區。附近環境一般，但比較清靜。性價比高，但一定要租到較近海邊的房間才有好的景觀，因為園景只是一般。

泳池很美，房間令人失望
今次入住的是Serenity Room garden view，看酒店網站圖片已有心理準備是普通房間size。我兩大一小(8歲）入住，前台給我的房間是最細的標準房，絕不似有30平方米，房型三尖八角的，跟圖片的長方型房很不一樣。前台還要求我補回小童的入住費及早餐費，一晩要加收878 THB ，但不提供加床服務(事實上房間太細，根本亦加不到床，連行路的空間也不足，一入房即上床或入浴室）。最後經過一輪爭取，前台才肯減收入住費，只收早餐費527 THB（我在Novotel vintage 住了三晚，都沒收我小孩入住費及早餐費，還很貼心的主動在房間之sofa床上加上被窩）。除房間細及額外收費外，泳池、海景、早餐均很滿意，尤其是在泳池邊望住海景吃早餐，感覺真的很爽。建議如要入住，最好選擇貴一點的suit room.

Very nice stay
房間十分整潔漂亮，只是空間較小，浴室卻很大~ 設施很新淨，泳池、健身房等都保養很好，環境一流。酒店還提供免費電影dvd和書籍出租，很貼心。職員態度亦很好。會再入住!

I lived in a 2 bedroom suites with sea view and roof top, room is very big and nice, swimming pool is nice and beautiful, the staffs are nice too! The breakfast is not very good, some foods are not covered, so houseflies around foods.... and limited of choice... Disappointed about the "beach", actually it's not a beach, can't swim or even play sand when high tide. But overall, it's still a nice hotel!

酒店地理位置偏遠，距離機場需要一小時車程，由酒店到機場的的士需要1000B；距離巴東也要30-45分鐘車程，而且酒店只每日一班車往返巴東。酒店客房的家俱是深色的，是我們不喜歡的，與酒店提供的相片不符，是淺色的。好在於我們投訴後，酒店非常好地安排了一間有海景的大房給我們（家俱仍然是深色的），這方面酒店的安排非常好。另外，早餐算是不錯。
