「The room was super comfy. Bed was stain free and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was easily one of the best I've ever had provided by a hotel. The ONLY complaint I have to mention is that our dog kept finding and eating things on the floor that were definitely not from us and ended up having a pretty bad reaction from something he ate. So the floor in the room could have been a bit cleaner. But otherwise we will absolutely be keeping this hotel in our pocket for next time we're traveling!」

「The customer service at this hotel is beyond amazing. I called a few days before because my scheduled arrival in Charleston was late (midnight) and I was concerned about getting a ride from the airport to the hotel. I spoke with a very nice lady named Lisa who assured me a shuttle would be available. When I arrived at the airport, there was a slight mix up with the shuttle drivers and Lisa ended up driving a shuttle to the airport herself after her shift had ended to make sure I had a ride...
