「Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte (fuori stagione) ma abbiamo comunque potuto sperimentare la cortesia e la cordialità del personale. Stanza essenziale ma comoda e silenziosa. Colazione davvero ottima! Il parcheggio interno è un plus da non sottovalutare.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.」

「Vi hadde noen kjempefine dager her. Vi er en familie med 3 små barn, og stedet var veldig barnevennlig og supert. Hotellets basseng er ikke for de aller minste, og er åpent bare på morgenen og litt på ettermiddagen, med lang siesta, men stranden like ved er super og nabolaget veldig kjekt, med supermarked, is, restauranter og sykkelutleie like i nærheten. 」
