「They cancelled the hotel booking the day before and have yet to provide any refund. Do not use this hotel.」

「The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother...

「We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels」

「They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience. 」

「I booked this hotel online through Expedia for my mother, but when we arrived at the listed address, the hotel didn’t exist. There was another hotel at the same address under a different name. To avoid further hassle, I had to book a room at that hotel instead. This was very confusing and inconvenient. Please make sure the listing is accurate to prevent this for other travelers.」

「The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. 」

「I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE.」

「There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. 」

「Upon arrival I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned to non Indian citizens although I paid in advance. I was sent away to "other hotels" in Adarsh Nagar. I still haven't received a reimbursement for my payment. A terrible way to treat potential customers! Shame on you! 」
