「Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

「The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The overall property also looks quite nice. However, I found it to be quite crowded and somewhat chaotic. There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage.」

「Great place to stay.」

「Mycket bra vegetarisk restaurang i hotellet. Trevlig personal men bristande engelska i flera fall. 」

「The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Windows can be opened form outside and as there is no grill/net in some windows any one can enter into the room any time. The owner is a very nice person and he helped us in need. One of the hotel staff drove us for sightseeing in his own car on hire. This travel experience is terrible. AC did not work and it was too hot, horn did not sound, the car goes off suddenly and after repeated attempt it starts again.」

The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely. The servers at the restaurant were not attentive. They just chatted with each other. If I wanted a drink, I had to physically get up out of my chair to get them to come over. I thought maybe it was an...

「The hotel staff is very friendly.」

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...
