「When we arrived at the property we found out that we didn't have a reservation with the hotel-even though Expedia had said that we were booked- so that was quite a surprise as you can imagine !With the island being heavily booked we were worried but the front desk lady was so wonderfully good that she took control of our situation and found us a spot at another hotel right next door for one night. 「The place is very open, peaceful, clean and very friendly, helpful accommodating staff. Breakfast is sufficient. Kenatea, the manager is very nice. Our flight is not until late in the afternoon and she let us stayed in our room until we are ready to leave for our flight. 」
