「Many things were not acceptable in regards to our room. The windows did not open fully due to the curtains blocking them and it was stifling hot. and when we tried to manipulate them, we were afraid they would break. The daily housekeeping was unacceptable - coffee cups were left dirty in the room, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, and in the bathroom the windows did not shut properly. The water from the shower went all over the floor. In the middle of our stay, we found a...

「Great welcome, spacious accommodation, generous breakfast. Perfect location for exploring the area.」

「Quick lady check in. Clean, comfortable room.」

「Incredible location and really lovely staff, however no aircon and also a bit too pet friendly with dog poo left in the garden」

「Beautiful unique property in the centre of Medieval Airvault .Coffee machine and kettle in the room for tea and a little cake was supplied along with a new fan which was much needed and appreciated due to the extreme temperature during our stay. Lovely continental breakfast. Would recommend.」

「A beautiful logis in a stunning village, a lovely relaxing place to stay, the pool was fantastic and very welcome in the hot weather.」
