「Communication from the hotel is piss poor. If you land at Phuket airport it will take 3 hours to get from the airport to the hotel and you will need to take a 1 hr taxi, and 2 boats. Also make sure to get to Phiphi island before 4:30pm. Otherwise you literally can't get there cos the last boat has left. But the catch is no one will inform you ahead. I saw the reviews online were really bad but I had already made the mistake to book it and when I tried to cancel the hotel outrightlysaid no.」

「The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't...

「酒店在长滩，比较安静，有自己的海滩，早上下水没有乱石头，比较好玩。我们一行7个人，订了一间3人房一间4人房，很方便。3人房能看到小部分海景。四人房空间比较大。酒店有一次免费的来回长尾船接送服务，提供于入住和退房时。其他时间要100-150b单次。早餐挺好吃的，是自助形式，餐厅消费不算高，出品也好吃。工作人员都充满笑脸，每天都会提供新的沙滩毛巾。就是信号比较弱，房间没有网络，必须依靠wifi。三人房的朋友跟我说房间wifi经常连不上。」
