This hotel is a great stop along the ring road. We stayed here our last night before leaving and it was perfect. Close to a lot of sights. It has a bistro in it and a lot of great amenities!

Stracta Hotel is conveniently located midway between Reykjavík and Vík, making it an ideal base for exploring southern Iceland. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, and the complimentary breakfast was impressively well-stocked with a wide variety of options. The on-site restaurant was truly delicious. The hotel has a clean, minimalist vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing! Although we did not get a chance to use the saunas or hot tubs, they were centrally located in this unique property. Room was very clean and met our expectations. Recommend for a location well placed between Reykjavík and South Coast.

The room was small but it had a small kitchenette. I was clean. We had access to the hottub and sauna and we've got to enjoy the robe that came with our room. We also got 2 drinks included which was great. The breakfast was great. Lots of choices.

Perfect spot for us!

After out exploring the county side all day it was great to come back to Stracta Hotel and relax. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and they had a very generous breakfast available. Our room was probably too small for us and our stuff, but we still enjoyed our stay!
