「Early seaplane time is9:15,but they told me I have to check out at 8:15.breakfast stat from 7:30.someone ask for luggage around 8 o’clock outside room,and waited for clean with cleaner staff . I waited in lobby until 9:30 but no other comes in lobby,after 10minuted another couple came. After 10minutes boat came. Don’t know why ask us for so early check out and so long waiting.but another couple they didn’t wait. Nothing special but nice sea 」

「Overall the stay was good. But the biggest disappointment was Mr. Mahmoud (Island host). Upon our arrival, Mr. Mahmoud was assigned to us as the Island host. We received zero support from him. Throughout our stay we had to reach out to different people to get guidance, information or support. Island host was not available. To one question, he responded after more than 36 hours.
