"Room is spotless and the staff is polite professional and courteous. Service in the bistro restaurant was also excellent! Good value and a comfortable feeling in the hotel common areas and private room. "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport
10/10 Excellent
"rooms are nice and spacious, I love that you get an extra sitting area. I didn't remember my passwords to any streaming apps for the TV so we were constrained to the free channels they provided which were limited. the evening reception is just ok, its a nice bonus that other hotels don't offer, but it's basically crackers, fruit, chip and salsa that was way too spicy to enjoy. for beverages I think it was one or two beers that was on tap and any cocktail you wanted with the cheap variety of alcohol provided. The selection reminded me of the stuff you get when you are underaged and don't know any better, but it's better than nothing. they do provide discount food from the menu but I feel like since it's half the price you only get half the food. I ordered the deep fried coconut shrimp and a loaded chicken quesadilla, each was around $18 on the menu but paid $9 happy hour price. It was 5 shrimps on a bed of spinach with dressing, and my son said the quesadilla looked like it was from the kids menu, so glad we didn't pay full price. However, the restaurant is good. We ordered food the day we arrived. It was late and surrounding restaurants close at 10. We ordered a burger and french dip, both came with fries, total without tip was close to $50. There is a laundry facility on the first floor near the pool which is also a nice bonus. It's $4 per wash load and $2 for the soap. I hang dry our uniforms so I didn't see how much the dryer was, probably the same price. "
