Loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage! Family friendly, kids were given bubble wands and toys upon arrival and the kids really enjoyed the pool and their frozen drinks! Service was exceptional! Would definitely be back!

Honestly, the property felt more like a Marriott than a Ritz. The front desk staff were very helpful. The concierge I initially spoke with did not seem very knowledgeable. The wait staff seemed short-staffed. The sauna and steam room are extra charges. The menu was not very extensive. The kitchen was very accommodating for dietary restrictions. My favorite part of the property is the view.

Love the grounds and private location with beautiful views. Amenities like pool, hot tub, gym…were excellent and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Main restaurant for breakfast service was unfortunately very slow and disorganized.

Booked a room for my son & daughter-in-law to celebrate her 40th birthday. The hotel took very good care of them and made them feel special. They enjoyed a wonderful weekend breakaway. Thanks to all personnel making this happen for them.
