「We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, only to find out it's not heated, nor open in their winter, even though it is indoors. Then we had the surprise of having to pay for a child with us, even though we had reserved and paid for a room with two beds. What they charged us was equivalent to what an entire stay at a cheap hotel in Chile would have cost us. The room was very spacious but the bathroom fan didn't work, which was unpleasant at times, if you know what I mean.」

「The room was huge for Chilean standards and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were well kept and you could enjoy sitting outside beside the vineyard. Breakfast was good as well. They sell snacks and have an elevator so you dont have to carry your luggage up steps. Lots of safe, free parking. Oh, and a fridge in your room. You need a car to access restaurants nearby.」
