「The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. 「We had a really lovely holiday in Ischgl. The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday.
