"Quando cheguei não tinham limpado o quarto ainda, mas enquanto sai a camareira limpou certinho e foram lá averiguar o pq não tinham limpado antes, resolveram o problema bem rápido e como pedido de desculpas prologaram o horário do meu check out, então a equipe foi bem prestativa! O quanto é mto aconchegante e bonito, o que pode atrapalhar um pouco (não me incomodou) é o barulho dos carros a noite e de manhã. Tem um bom prato por perto então em alguns horários pode ter muitos moradores de rua,...

"It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."
