「Would not stay!
My kids and I were staying for a soccer tournament. Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Checked in and ask about the pool and was told it was closed for renovations. Nothing was posted before booking. As soon as we got to the room, I checked everything over. The toilet had what I’m guessing was cleaning acid all over seat (still wet) I wiped it up and it took paint/coat off the seat. Tried to flush and toilet wouldn’t flush. Tried 5 or 6 times to no...

「Everything went great. My only comment for a possible improvement would be to provide a continental breakfast free.
Of course a charge for the hot breakfast is to be expected but seemed a bit expensive.
But we experienced a very nice stay.」
