「A/c sucks doesn't go below 68. People above me couldn't stop stomping around. Someone had a little yapping dog that went off all night. The green light on the thermostat was bright. The flashing green light on the smoke detector was annoying. Breakfast was okish. Staff was nice. Rooms and property was clean. If you like warm and loud sleeping this is the place for you.」

「Well kept clean property. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Had snacks for the early morning guests that were heading to the Balloon Festival. Only issue the charging ports for phones did not work well at all.」

「 The staff were very welcoming. The only downside was the old elevator.」

「The facilities and breakfast are very good! The hygiene is average, dead cockroaches and spider webs in the corridor...」

「Good 」

「Extremely disappointed on the sunrises, I specifically chose Elements based on the fact that they had the roof top viewing area and read that you could enjoy your coffee there and watch the bolloons and sunrise. This was only an option on the saturdays which were when I was going in person. Why wouldn't it be open during the festiva??? Spent a lot extra $ for a benefit I couldn't use」

「We had a wonderful stay! This was a last minute reservation with no regrets. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. We had some travel plan difficulties and Damen stepped in quickly to assist us. We can say enough how much we appreciate his help. The cocktails in the bar were great! We would definitely stay again. The Balloon Fiesta was happening and we had exceptional views from our room!」
