「Inside: The property is very nice inside with a full 'fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom and bed area are very nice with nice lighting (motion activated lights in some places). The sofa is a little awkward, both in placement and size (it is a very shallow couch, not really lounge-worthy). But the couch is the only complaint I have about the room. Outside: The property is in a developing area, so there is a lot of construction. However, there are also a lot of new...

「The hotel and staff was great. They did loose power for about twelve hours one day. Nothing they could had known or done. They got it fixed and compensated accordingly. Great dining in the area. A clean city. The down side was loud car revving and burnouts through out the night. Concerning was the high visibility and amount of armed security officers. This was through out the city. Also the pat downs to get into some bars/clubs.」

「Staff was awesome from the cleaning staff to the ladies taking care of the breakfast each morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area.」

「It was easy walking to many restaurants and it was a clean hotel with a nice contemporary breakfast,however the valet costs 40 dollars a night ( typical for that area) and when we were leaving in the morning there was no valet person to get our car and we waited 35 minutes. Finally the lady behind the counter was able to retrieve our keys so my husband to get the car.」
