"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. ..."

An average stay.
"It was a relatively new facility. Airconditioners in both rooms were pre-set - either blasting cold or nothing. No visible closets were available. Staffs were very friendly and eager to help. No options for recycling despite being in a tourist hub. Parking in the basement was tight."
