The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. When we called about noise coming from guests in another room, the staff was responsive. It’s a great place for an extended stay. It would be even better if they provided some basic cooking utensils and drinking glasses. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were wonderful! Very kind and efficient. The room was as expected for the price. The bedroom itself was clean, but the shower had the drain cover pulled out, and the toilet needed to be cleaned. As someone with sensitive skin, the bedsheets were very itchy (but clean with no bugs). Also, it's worth noting that you'll need to bring your own conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Only hand soap and shampoo are provided. Loved the kitchen layout!

I stayed there over the weekend for two nights. I told them when I checked I had a pet. They only charged me for one day. Upon check out charged me a $10 late fee. It isn’t my mistake they charged me wrong upon check in. I will not pay the late fee.

The property is an Extended Stay style hotel. They allowed my pets, have a full sized refrigerator, deep stainless sink, microwave & 2 stove top burners. The staff are all kind, professional & helpful. There is a Laundry & Gym as well. Hearing the airplanes is minimal (location is near RDU). I will look for other locations when I travel in the future.
