Let's be honest. We are in the midst of a crisis and hotels and other service industries are suffering. They have had to make necessary cutbacks in the amenities they offer. That in mind, I really don't think any facility can be judged except to say "they are trying to make lemonade out of lemons." This facility will be back to normal whenever possible.
