Staff was amazing!! Time here was awesome and I definitely plan on coming back! Ryan helped me the most but the lady who checked me in made sure I had everything I needed on this last minute business trip! I appreciated everything and they made everything sooo simple
This was my first time staying at ALOFT Hotel and let me say, I had a great experience! First off at the front door is a gentleman named Ryan who was a breathe of fresh air, very pleasant, professional, very attentive, and lively. Through-out the entire stay all the staff that I met where very polite and profession. The room was clean, the elevators worked which is huge, and if I needed anything they were right there.They had a bar and restaurant that I didn't get a chance to use this time but on my next visit I will be staying here again, I will. they had a gym, pool, business office, all the things you need when on vacation. Thanks again Ryan for making this an excellent experience.
