Upon arrival our family check in was smooth. My wife and I were greeted warmly. The front desk staff was helpful in planning our activities. Restaurant food was above average and many choices were available. The room was clean, and bedding was clean and comfortable. The big negatives are conditions of bathroom plumbings, tubs, sinks, patio door, furniture, and bed side table lamps.

Excellent

We loved this place! Great staff. Lovely swimming pool and gardens both beautifully maintained. Chef did a special curry for me when I explained what I wanted. Super kind and lovely food. International food too. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. We walked to the Temples. Easy. Also easy to get a tuk tuk outside the hotel. We got a tuk tuk to the waterfalls which worked really well and gave us a great opportunity to see the local countryside.

The room was cleaned upon first entering. There are plenty of lights (a plus) . During dinner hour a musician played the bansuri outside the restaurant. The hotel staff contacted the tour operator to change the pickup location. Bottled water was supplied.

The stay was nice and property is very near to the temples. The property was understaff due to off season. We needed some basic medicine urgently in the middle of night but front desk couldn’t assist. Resturant staff and service is great but the prices are way too high.

Good hotel, but need to improve Wifi service

Wifi was awful. It just did not work. I called up the manager and he provided Jio portable service. Even that did not work Can not believe that such a hotel could be so indifferent in providing Wifi. I was on a pleasure trip, but had to attend to some official work, but lack of Wifi spoiled our stay.

Property was ok and staff was humble. The only thing which is not ok was the food pricing which is a major drawback for the hotel. Its almost 10 times costlier than other 5 star hotels in KHAJURAHO. This leads customers to go foodouting in local hub which is similar to hotel quality and reasonable also. With costly food and heavy taxes imposed i don't think anyone wants to stay longer in this hotel. Actually it's Dissapointing 🤔

Nice hotel needs better food.

The grounds and room where clean, comfy bed everything worked but I had to change rooms. The AC in the first room smelled like mildew once we moved to another room it was fine. The food was not four star quality, the food was dried out, asked for no chili’s or pepper got the dish full of pepper. Took 20 mins to get served any dish. Even the buffet breakfast was dried out food, the hash browns weren’t hash browns at all, the scrambled eggs dried out , etc. Had to leave the hotel to get better food. The fruit wasn’t even ripe. The price for a beer was obnoxious even at a 4.5 hotel I stayed at in Agra they didn’t ask those prices. I know the retail prices. The service staff very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the food quality in the restaurant. Very nice pool.
