「The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. 「We had several issues but overall property was ok. I took my mom to celebrate her birthday and i reminded them to do something special but they didn’t. Some of the Staff are young and not as aware of things. Food options were ok. Breakfast was very good. Airport is far and roads not that great so build extra time. I think I will revisit this place. Hopefully next time without any issues.」

「We stayed in this hotel for a wedding, which was handled beautifully by their staff. The grounds were park like and we enjoyed just walking around. The room was large and very clean. They provided bottled water everyday along with fresh linens. The breakfast was wonderful, food was delicious and the staff was ready to assist for whatever we needed. We fell in love with the door man, who always had a big smile. But his handlebar mustache was what brought a smile to our face everyday. ...
