「Nobody knows what’s going on full of excuses. Not dealing with tthe issues blame each other. Apparently there’s only one iron for entire hotel. absolutely unbelievable」

「This hotel was totally different then the picture shown in hotel.com. Very dirty windows were covered with hard curtains and curtains were very dusty. We could stay even one night even we were booked for two nights. They changed our rooms too. And told us to give 15000 rupees refund that I didn’t receive yet. 」

「The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

「Don't travel here. I was outright refused due to my nationalityeven though I paid on Expedia etc. Left me stranded at 4am with nowhere to go and one of the guys was laughing at my misfortune.」

「Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience...」
