Enjoyed the stay at Hyatt Raipur. Look forward to the next visit. The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of the way to help. Anirban , Sangita at reception did early checkin for me which helped me after coming from a long trip from US. The restaurant staff also stood out and Manju was very good in followup

This property is conveniently located with easy access to Raipur city and airport. If you have stayed in a Hyatt before, you will feel at home. Staff is very welcoming and courteous. Food options are great and tasty. I just wish they could give more privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom.

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Obviously, I have liked it. Very efficient place, clean, staff exceedingly polite and helpful, good value for money, and most important - very well located, in a mall, and on main road. And may be I will stay here again. That said, there were a few minor irritants. 1: The wash basin is set in granite about 8 inches inside from the edge. Which means, one has to bend in the waist a big angle, to reach it. Very painful, particularly for senior citizens. And I can't understand, why do that? The basin should be as close to the edge as possible. 2: The commode and shower are in two adjacent cubicles, and a common sliding door shuts only one of them at a time, either the commode or the shower. Visiting Raipur for business I was always single occupant so it didn't matter. But the design is strange, to say the least. 3: As a regular traveler I carry my toiletries and am never dependent on what the hotel provides. In a rare exception this time I forgot the shaving kit, and had to use the one provided by the hotel. And thee razor was so utterly bad quality that I had to go to work without a shave.

Worst Hyatt property I have stayed at. Everything from the staff behavior to the room design to cleanliness was below par. Not expected from a brand like Hyatt

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is unusual. But rooms and dining are on upper floors so you don’t notice. Only at lobby level. Staff are super helpful and followed up with everything from check in to room service. They are super attentive.

Central Area. Not so comfy

Room design is far from being cozy as there is no wall separation between sleeping area and the bathroom. Also hotel area was very noisy. Marriage music till midnight and road traffic. Had to get the room changed.Hotel is centrally located with a mall in the same building.
