The problem was not courtyard but expedia itself who during booking showed different inclusivity of facilities which did not reflect in final booking pdf creating confusion with the hotel staff

The staff at the property are very unprofessional. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes after the check-in. At the time of check-in, the person at the reservation desk asked me to wait for 10 minutes as the room was getting ready. But after waiting for 30 minutes when I checked back, he said it's not ready yet and needed another 10 minutes. There was no respect for someone's time at such a brand-name hotel. Further, the breakfast was horrible, I wished I had eaten at a roadside shop to get cooked food. The paratha (Indian bread with filling) had raw dough. I would never stay at this hotel again and recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Needed evening checkout because of 9pm flight. They let me stay an extra 6 hours for a very reasonable price. Great restaurant. Had breakfast for 3 days. Great choice of Indian and continental items. Had dinner one day. Great veg Hakka noodles.

Courtyard by Marriott at Raipur is conveniently located about 30 min away from airport.
Rooms are large, hygenic with clean linen and toiletries. Morning breakfast spread is good and serves all preferences.
Hotel staff is polite & courteous.
I had a nice stay at Courtyard and looking forward to visit again.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and professional. They would go above and beyond to make sure that my stay at the hotel was comfortable. Thanks to their hardwork and professionalism, my stay at Marriot Raipur was extremely relaxing and pleasant.

A/C didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. The bathroom was missing toiletries. Upon complaint the gentleman decided to ignore me and pass on the complaint to other co worker and not handle my problems. It took them 2 hours to assign another room. Meanwhile I had to miss an important work meeting. Had horrible experience.

The service staff are friendly and they are well prepared to provide the best service possible. Fantastic buffet spreads with many different choices.
