「Quality of toiletries could get better.
Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs.
They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same.」

「Very poor quality.
Bathrooms didn’t have curtains.
Towels were not given in good number.
The bed sheet, pillows and all are very old and so don’t look real white.
The flooring laminations are slowly coming loose.
Room service would sometimes respond very late.
All the traffic noise is so audible n inside the room disturbing my work calls.
