「If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel to stay or for the night, this is it. Staff our fantastic, rms are clean, great water pressure deep soaking tubs. The rm has an outside exit and a hallway access to the rm, the building is old but rm makes up for it.」

「We have now stayed at the Border Inn 5 or 6 times. Disappointed that it was still under renovations as our room had a old dirty room carpet & worn furniture. Once renoes are complete will be much better. Evening Chech-in Front desk staff should be trained better as very limited interaction and seemed disinterested in job. No hot tub and small swimming pool. Breakfast was good.」

「Our room was clean. Staff was nice. Hallways were a bit confusing.」

「The first room they gave me was dirty, so when i complained to the front desk they gave me another room because "that room wasn't ready yet". This second room was still dirty, not terrible but the towels and tub had someone's hair in/on it. I complained about this the next morning and they promised they would make sure the room was clean when I got back that evening. They changed the towels and seemed to brush the hair from the tub but no evidence they actually cleaned it. Checked out that...

「Hotel provided breakfasts are generally pretty poor. The breakfast at this hotel is a little better but still disappointing. The staff at the hotel were friendly. There are also a few restaurants across the parking lot which are convenient if you are tired.」
