「Check-in was wonderful. The young man was friendly, had a big smile, and made us feel welcome. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom floor was not as clean because I saw some hair on the tile. Breakfast had very limited options. We ended up eating in our room too because the dining area had a lot of people with their bags on the chairs and was just hanging out waiting for their rides (mind you, this was at 8:15am). They can definitely offer more seating. It was just bad timing I...

「We had an issue with Expedia at check in. The front desk couldn’t find our reservation so we had to call Expedia and they emailed something to the front desk. After that annoying hiccup everything was great! They have a huge pool and kid area similar to a splash pad. Nice trail to walk behind hotel. Would definitely come again just probably won’t book through Expedia. 」

「I liked the room and staff was very helpful. However if you are attaching your hotel to a venue for recommendations then it should be the expectation that people will check in early. Not the excuse of transparent check in times. You are making money from the bride and grooms recommendations. Your priority shoul be to accommodate the guests attending this wedding. 」
