「Property and people were great and very grateful to the hotel front desk to give us a room on the eight floor with easy access to the gym which is on the eight floor. The only issue (if I were to point out one) was a bit of leakage in some spots on the eight floor. Not sure if this was due to the pool on top or the monsoon season or both. 「I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room.
