The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. 」

「This is now my second time staying at Singhvi’s and it was even better than the first time. The staff are lovely and the room was gorgeous, we went for a premium room, which was very big with gorgeous decor. The room was very clean and had great AC and a ceiling fan. The water pressure was low at times, but they moved us to another room, where it was working fine. The location is in the old town, it was next to the fort, which was handy as we could walk there in 8 mins, we did the zip lining....

「The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

「The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. 」

The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Mahinder at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. When he found out we were planning to go out for breakfast, he kindly offered us breakfast at the hotel instead. His warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared...
