Davide provided us excellent service, answered all our questions, and accommodated all our needs. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay and look forward to returning! 「This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was.」

「The room 11 feel neglected and very noisy.Thin walls that do not isolate other rooms well.There was mold in the bathroom, the photos do not reflect reality.The walls by the bed were dirty. We were very tired and angry from that one night.The breakfast was very modest. 」
