「Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」

「Great facilities, lovely pool, all very clean and check in on the app is easy. Aircon worked well, would come again.」

「This a very lovely place to stay, we stayed here before going to the Spa racing track which is only 20mins away, the room was very clean and a fantastic shower. Highly recommend.」
